The Art & Design Department of YWICC developed a studio teaching model which combines teaching, learning, production and research together . Students, working together with their teachers, put into practice what they have learned by doing projects and accepting commercial orders . This kind of teaching mode is popular with students .
To improve the level of students’ practice program, Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College has built up the Computer Training Center, Business & Trade Training Center, Printing Training Center and Industry Practice Center, as well as some off-campus practice bases such as the Exhibition Center of China Commodities City, Yiwu International Logistics Center,and Yiwu Architectural Design Institute .
