Government pays for traders'training
Over 50,000 traders in the market have attended the Individual Workers' Training School in 18 sessions since March of 2001,when it was founded jointly by Yiwu Administation for Industry and Com merce,Yiwu Education Bureau and Shangcheng Group . It is learned that the training program purposefully focuses on such subjects as business English,foreign trade knowledge,computer ap plication,marketing,etc . Yiwu government has paid dozens of millions yuan for the program .
In recent years ,the school added other languages to the training program besides English,such as Arabic,Japanese,Korean,etc to satisfy some traders’needs . They also opened basic Chinese language class for foreigners . Series of rotation trainings have greatly improved the comprehensive qualities of Yiwu market dealers .
