Recently,the trademark Chilli has been approved "China Well-known Trademark". It's owned by Zhejiang Honglajiao Hoses Industry Co.,Ltd, which is located in Jiulian Industrial District . Up till now, there have been four China Wellknown
Trademarks in Yiwu hosiery industry.
In November, 2005, Yiwu Fengcheng Hoses Industry Co.,Ltd was transformed into Zhejiang Honglajiao Hoses Industry Co.,Ltd. And on Jan 11th, 2007, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce approved the alternation of trademark registrant. Because the trademark "Chi lli" enjoyed a high popularity, many enterprises have used the fake "Chilli" trademarks or registered the similar trademarks in the past few years. So Zhejiang Honglajiao Hoses Industry Co.,Ltd has defended its trademark right
time after time and struck the infringement of registered trademarks severely .
