Yiwu Defends its title of National Advanced city in Sci-Tech Progress

According to sources from the national grassroots working conference on science and technology held recently, Yiwu was commended for winning the title of " 2011 National Advanced City in Scientific and Technological Progress". As the blue Ribbon in the field of scientific and technological advancement in China, the National Advanced County (County-level city) in Scientific and Technological Progress is selected every two years, which serves as an important indicator to show the overall technological strength of a city as well as it potential for sustainable development. So far, Yiwu has received the honor for six years in a row.
