UK adopts CEN standard for bicycle products
Some relevant department of the UK announced recently that the CEN standard has been adopted for bicycle products in Britain since the January of 2009 .Bicycle retailers were required to clear all bicycles and accessories that did not meet the CEN standard before January.From January , all bicycles and accessories not up to the CEN standard are forbidden to be sold in the UK.All bicycle products to enter the UK market must be qualified by an accepted third-party testing institution and bear a label on the frame to show the bicycle has passed the test of CEN standard .
