Forster, a 50-year-old German trader whose Chinese name is Benda, came across Guo Zhonghua, a girl from Dongyang, and wet up the first "English speaking couple" in Yiwu Commodities City.
Benda is a tall gentleman wearing a pair of golden glasses.He is good at talking.On the evening of Mid-autumn Festival ,2003, Guo Zhonghua on her way back from an evening English class.She met two foreigners who were talking happily.Wasn't it a nice opportunity to practice her oral English ? This idea encourage her to go up and talk with them in English and one of them was just Benda who is now her husband.He wouldn't miss the good chance to help her with English and help himself for a family. So he called Guo Zhonghua said, "He attracted me with his reliability, sincerity and earnestness, and he said he loved me for my cleverness, kind-hearted and diligence." Both Benda and Guo Zhonghau had experienced unhappy marriage, that's why they cherished their love very much. After being in love for haof a year, they got married.
Guo Zhonghua said that Benda loves Chinese food, but he resents the great waste on food. He lives a very simple life himself, but is generous to those poor diligent students. He has helped a lot of students to finish their education and was called "stingy philanthropist" by local residents.
Now they have got a lovely kid-Philip, and bought a five-floor building in Yiwu. dThey are leading a happy life by working 300 days in Yiwu and spending 60 days traveling around the world.
