inspecting team made up of Yiwu Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Yiwu Administration for Industry& Commerce, Yiwu Toys Association,International Trade City Association, and China Commodity City Group inspected toys' dealers in Yiwu nternational Trade City,where six categories of toys products should be involved in CCC (China Compulsory Certificate). The in spection is to urge toys factories or dealers to apply for 3C authentification to meet the management regulation to be in effect from June 1st this year .
After more than 20 years' development,toys production has become one of the major industries in Yiwu . At present,there are 2,254 factories and dealers dealing in toys, among which about 400 are manufacturing enterprises . Furthermore,about 70% of the toys in Yiwu market are exported to foreign countries, among which 25% to European or American countries .
