QS for moon-cakes starts this year
From this year,the market access system for moon-cakes takes effect. In supermarkets,mooncakes of the famous Yiwu brand "Lao Yiting" are found labeled with QS sign too. 2007 is the first year and the transition year market access system for mooncakes. Mooncakes without QS signs are still allowed to be sold in market as some mooncake manufacturers have not obtained the QS certificate.From next year, however, mooncakes without QS symbols will not be given admittance to the market and manufacturers without QS qualification will not be permitted to produce mooncakes.
