Reporters learned that, by the end of last year, the output value of Yiwu Property Services Industry has reached 114,766,200 RMB
Yiwu property services industry started in the 1990s, since the establishment of first professional property management company on Sep. 1994, the industry has begun to take shape. Its scope has already expanded from residential to school, shopping malls, office buildings and other public places. By end of 2010, Yiwu property services enterprises has reached 40, among them, first class 1, second class 5, property services projects 145, and employees over 3590 "Yiwu City Construction Bureau, as a department in charge of the property services industry, during this period will increase supervision, regulate market behavior, protect consumers' rights, so to create a good environment.for industry development"
