Journalist learn from Yiwu Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau that it has published "Yiwu Government Quality Award Review Management".At the beginning of June, it will begin declaration of the first Yiwu Government Quality Award. According to provision,Government Quality Award is assessed for one time every year. The number of awarded enterprises or organizations will not be over three.The money reward is 600 thousand yuan every enterprise or organization.
The principal of quality department of Yiwu Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau said, as the highest quality award established by Yiwu government, it is mainly awarded to enterprises or organizations including manufacture industry, agriculture, building trade,service industry,etc.Organizations refer to guild and administrative department.The evaluation work of Government Quality Award follow principles of enterprises voluntarily applying, science,open,equality,justness and choosing excellent one from good ones.
Enterprises or organizations who apply for Government Quality Award must possess following six conditions meanwhile. They are registered in the administrative area of Yiwu and have independent legal entities,operating normally for over five years.Products and service must accord with national,provincial and municipal requirements of laws,regulations,compulsory standard, industry policy in the aspect of environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction, safety in production, product consumption. They must have strong quality foundation work. Through authentication of quality management and environment management, they carry out outstanding performance model and obtain outstanding operation performance. In the aspects of promoting advance of science and technology, carring out standardization and branding strategy,.enhancing independent innovation ability, advancing resource saving and energy saving and emission reduction, they are on leading positions of same industries. In the city-level and over city-level supervision and inspection of quality safety in recent three years, they did not have disqualification. They never have big quality, safety, environmental protection and health accidents. No customer, staff, partner or society complain seriously because of enterprise or organization's responsibility. They perform society responsibility practically, have good credit record and society reputation. They do not have other lawbreaking action.
