The central vigor district is closely next to international trade city, including central park for touring and relaxation, financial business district for high-end business and entertainment, international culture center for improving culture. The financial business district is one of the main contents of building gathering platform of business service industry. According to principles of "planning with high starting point, input with high strength, management with high effect", it will give prominence to leading functions of finance and business, including service functions of hotel, house,retail commerce ,culture and entertainment.
Centring on speeding up building city's functional district, Yiwu plan water-control project of " Two rivers and lakes" actively, striving to build lake side industrial belt which is led by originality,research and commerce, forming a new district which combines functions of relaxation,tour,residence and water conservancy.At the same time, it will speed up building significant cultural infrastructures such as sports relaxation park and modern cinema, improving use ratio and benefited range of public culture resource such as library and gym, improving city cultural grade continuously.

Traffic peak on the morning and evening leads to traffic jam.It is hard to find parking space at key locations.And it is not convenient to transfer bus. In recent years, with rapid development of our city's economy and society, being difficult to go out becomes a hot topic which attracts more and more attention of common people.
A famous international trade city which is fit for business,life and travel must have good traffic environment.Therefore, municipal government takes "Smoothing traffic project" as an important work to perfect city's integrated service function.
It is known that during the period of "the 12th Five Year Plan",our city will form fast road system of "one longitudinal road and two ring roads" and city frame arterial traffic system of "six connections and six radioaction roads"."One longitudinal road" refers to fast road connects Zhejiang and Jiangxi."Two ring roads" refers to inner ring fast road and outer ring fast road."Six connection roads" refers to arterial streets on northwest to southeast direction, connecting many cities and being traffic passage of city groups."Six radioaction roads" refers to radioaction arterial roads which start from centre urban area to other cities, development axle of city TOD(development led by public transportation). It has the function of commuting ,collection and distribution of central urban area and perimeter areas.
At the same time, our city will speed up to build underground pedestrian path of urban intersection and ground passenger foot-bridge. It will also plan and layout supporting facilities such as park reasonably, promote transformation of urban traffic panel points with all its strength, promote organization and management level. Our city strengthens support to public transportation industry, build traffic system with high efficiency and humanization and operation system of "Bus Priority".
Improving city's human environment
Improving city grade and attracting external people to establish business in Yiwu can not be done without improving city's human environment.
Living and working in peace and contentment must have good housing conditions. In recent years, municipal government promotes real estate industry to develop steadily and healthily actively, optimizes housing supply structure to meet housing demands of different groups of people. In the "ten people's livelihood things", the building of housing security is taken as an important work.
At February14 this year, our city published "Implementing regulations of Public rent housing management " and "Implementing regulations of affordable housing management". This marks Yiwu has walked an important step on the work of affordable housing construction.At April 21,national Health living demonstration project---The Lotus Pool by Moonlight project" and affordable housing ---the second stage project of southern continent project began at the same time. Besides, 326 public lease houses will be inspected and taken over.After condition is mature, registration and examination work can begin. By April of this year,110 families have lived in "Benefiting people garden"(low-rent housing).
In the process of improving city habitation environment,our city will improve percentage of greenery coverage of built up area and habitation green space,depending on building nation-level forest city. It will also improve city life quality,depending on reformation of old city and housing estate.
