The 2nd Zhejiang Ethnic and Folk Crafts Fair will join with all the other fairs in the 2008 Cultural Products Fair. The crafts fair will be a special scene at the cultural fair. This fair will be divided into two parts: traditional folk crafts and contemporary technical achievements from various places, respectively displaying the historical and folk crafts and representative works and workmanship in recent years. The exhibition will introduce the form of words plus pictures , accompanied with real objects, integrated with exhibition and selling. They will take on a colorful and lively look with demonstration of crafts making before the audience.

It is learned that there are more than 10 kinds of arts and crafts to be shown in the exhibition such as carving , metal technics , folk paper-cutting , clay sculpture , bamboo rattan and straw articles , folk drawing ,carpet ,ceramics and lacquer, folk jewelry , embroider and hand-stitching , properties for plays and dramas ,folk-custom and workmanship . These arts and crafts come from over 5 regions such as Hangzhou, the eastern, southern ,central and western parts of Zhejiang province, and they will be presented to the audience in different ways like work display , products exhibition and selling , artistic exchange and spot performance .
