It will also use lower check rate for A-level and above enterprises, leads to reduce the customs declaration charging standard of "territorial declaration and port check" and reduce enterprises' cost.
On January, 2010, " The agreement of Zhejiang export commodities cleared directly" was signed. Yiwu inspection and quarantine bureau firstly puts "Marketing purchasing" export commodities in the direct release pattern, realizing truly "declaration inspection for one time, inspection and quarantine for one time, allowed to export for one time."It leads to saving 200yuan for every batch of goods and great increase of customs clearance efficiency.
According to statistical data of Yiwu Customs and Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Yiwu Customs received 310000 smallware customs declarations and surprised 576000 export standard containers in 2010. Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau inspected and quarantined 102000 batches of goods which valued 2.76 billion dollars.
